🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations while managing area leads and production teams
• Coordinate with production schedulers to execute workflow targets safely and on time
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain 5S standard practices across work bays
• Manage team performance, skill development, and shop floor training
• Enforce environmental, health, and safety standards across all operational shifts

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience supervising operations within industrial manufacturing or structural steel
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
• Practical experience managing shift schedules, labour planning, and production flow
• Solid background in team leadership, employee coaching, and safety compliance
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and communication skills
