Company A well established manufacturer of custom architectural structures and specialty building products. Operating in Western Pennsylvania, the company supports commercial construction projects across North America with end-to-end design, engineering, and precision fabrication services.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical project documentation from initial contract approval through release to the shop floor
• Develop detailed shop submittals and accurate 2D CAD fabrication drawings for production
• Coordinate with external engineering partners to review structural calculations and project details
• Prepare material schedules and purchasing requirements in line with project specifications
• Support production teams by answering shop floor technical questions during manufacturing

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Two or more years of drafting experience within custom metalwork, glazing, or architectural fabrication
• Technical degree in drafting, engineering technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong proficiency in 2D CAD software and architectural drawing interpretation
• Familiarity with general metal fabrication methods and job site construction practices
• Strong organizational habits with effective written and verbal communication skills
