What we believe

Three good candidates beat thirty CVs

Recruitment in the built environment isn't a numbers game. A director who leaves after six months costs a business far more than a fee — so we'd rather send you three people we believe in than thirty we don't.

That means turning work down sometimes, and telling candidates when a role isn't the step they think it is. It's a slower way to build a business, and a much better one.
