🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily field operations across water and wastewater construction projects
* Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, equipment, and site activities
* Maintain safety compliance and produce regular safety documentation
* Monitor project schedules, productivity, and quality standards
* Oversee QA/QC processes, material tracking, and site reporting
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 10+ years of heavy civil and mechanical construction experience
* Previous Superintendent or Mechanical Superintendent experience
* Strong background in water treatment plants, wastewater facilities, or pump stations
* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required
* Comfortable managing crews, subcontractors, and changing field conditions
