  • Lead end-to-end operations across fabrication, construction, field services, dispatch, and quality
  • Own project delivery performance, profitability, and P&L outcomes across all divisions
  • Align and optimize cross-functional operations to improve efficiency, margins, and on-time execution
  • Oversee resource planning, scheduling, and capacity management across shop and field
  • Approve major bids and contracts (>$250K) and manage operational risk
  • Develop and lead operational leadership teams, strengthening bench strength and succession readiness
  • Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions
