🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities
* Work with project managers to develop and maintain construction schedules
* Monitor site safety, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications
* Review and approve site documentation including requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders
* Provide regular progress updates including site activity and client communication
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years experience as a lead superintendent on large multi-family construction projects
* Experience delivering projects around 100,000 sq ft or larger
* Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software
