Travelling Superintendent

We are recruiting an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee projects across the United States.

You will take responsibility for site delivery from initial planning and groundworks through completion and handover, coordinating subcontractors and maintaining safety, quality and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations and coordinate all construction trades.
• Manage schedules, sequencing, site logistics and resources.
• Ensure work meets drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Address subcontractor performance issues and resolve site challenges.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to communicate progress and manage risks.
• Oversee inspections, punch lists and final handover.

Requirements

• Experience working directly for a general contractor.
• Proven experience leading complete ground-up commercial or industrial projects.
• Responsibility for the entire site, from initial works through completion.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and coordination across trades.
• Willingness to travel nationally and work away from home.
• A valid driving licence.
