We are working with an established heavy civil contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee major infrastructure projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations on heavy civil projects
• Supervise crews, foremen and subcontractors
• Coordinate labour, equipment and materials
• Maintain project schedules, productivity and quality
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Work closely with project managers and engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in heavy civil construction supervision
• Background in bridge, highway, structural or transportation infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
