🏗️ What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end structural steel projects, contracts, drawings, scheduling, budgets, and client relations
- Act as main point of contact with GCs/owners while leading coordination with detailing, purchasing, shop, and field teams
- Oversee procurement, fabrication QA/QC, and erection support
- Lead project engineers/coordinators and collaborate with 8 PM peers + Change Order team
- Ensure compliance with OSHA/AISC standards and smooth project closeout
