Location: Minneapolis Minnesota (Hybrid)
Salary: $30 - $40PH ($65,000 - $85,000)

🔩 What You'll Do
- Produce accurate, timely shop and erection drawings using Tekla
- Ensure detailing standards meet project specs, codes, and internal QA
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience detailing structural steel
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures
- Deep knowledge of AISC standards, shop practices, and steel fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings
- Strong communication - you'll be client- and shop-facing at times
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in connection design or modeling
- Familiarity with clash detection tools or BIM coordination
- Past work on mid- to large-scale commercial or industrial jobs
