Monday to Thursday: 12pm to 8pm

Are you good at recruitment delivery but fed up with being told that the only way to progress is to spend your week cold-calling companies?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Resourcer to join our USA division.
There is no business development requirement.
We already have established clients, live vacancies and an average placement fee of approximately $26,000. We need someone who can get underneath a role, find the right people and manage candidates properly throughout the process.
This is not a job for someone who wants to search a database, send five CVs and hope one sticks.
We treat resourcing as headhunting. You will need to understand what candidates have actually done, why they are considering a move and whether their experience genuinely fits the opportunity.
What will you be doing?
- Headhunting candidates for specialist white-collar positions
* Running detailed qualification calls
* Understanding compensation, location, relocation and motivation
* Managing several live searches without losing track of the details
* Writing strong candidate summaries for clients
* Preparing candidates properly for interviews
* Collecting feedback and keeping processes moving
* Building long-term relationships within your market
* Working closely with consultants to prioritise the right vacancies
* Helping junior resourcers improve their own approach
Who are we looking for?
Ideally, someone with two to five years of recruitment or resourcing experience.
You should be confident speaking with experienced professionals and comfortable asking proper questions rather than simply reading from a checklist.
You will need to be organised, commercially aware and prepared to take ownership. If a candidate needs chasing, an interview needs confirming or a process is losing momentum, we want someone who notices and acts.
Experience does not mean our process can be ignored. We have clear ways of working because they produce results. We want someone who can bring useful experience while buying into the standards that have helped us build the business.

- £28,000 to £30,000 basic salary depending on experience
