Why Join Novax?

Most recruitment adverts talk about earning potential.

We'll talk about opportunity.

Our Structural Steel Division operates exclusively within the US market, partnering with some of North America's largest structural steel fabricators, bridge contractors, and steel construction businesses.

Demand has never been higher.

We currently have a significant volume of live vacancies across Project Management, Estimating, Operations, Quality, Executive Leadership, and Sales.

The average placement fee on the desk exceeds $27,000, giving consultants the opportunity to generate substantial commission from fewer, higher-quality placements.

If you're looking for a desk with genuine earning potential, established clients, and a market where talent is scarce, this is it.

What You'll Be Working On

* Managing recruitment campaigns across the US structural steel and construction market

* Building relationships with senior-level candidates, including Project Managers, Estimators, Directors, Vice Presidents and C-suite executives

* Headhunting passive talent from a highly specialist market

* Managing candidate processes from initial approach through to offer and placement

* Developing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities

* Working alongside one of the most established steel recruitment teams in the industry

What's In It For You?

* Uncapped commission with no threshold

* Average fee sizes significantly above general recruitment markets

* Clear progression from Consultant through to Director level

* Bi monthly company trips and incentives

* Quarterly team events and rewards

* Structured training and development

* Established client base with active vacancies

* Specialist market with limited competition

* Monday to Thursday 12pm to 8pm

* Friday 12pm to 5pm

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 2 years recruitment experience

* Proven billing history or clear evidence of high performance

* Confident communicator

* Strong relationship building skills

* Resilient and competitive mindset

* Ambitious individuals who want to build a long term career

Most recruiters spend years chasing low-value vacancies.

Our consultants work a specialist market where a single placement can be worth more than an average month's billing elsewhere.

If you're motivated by progression, earnings, and becoming an expert in a niche market, we'd like to speak with you.
