Senior QA/QC Engineer

Location: Dublin

Salary: €50,000 - €55,000

The Role

You will:

• Lead quality inspections, audits and site walkthroughs across active projects
• Review method statements, Inspection & Test Certificates and W1/W2 documentation
• Track non-conformances, drive corrective actions and close out quality issues
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and client representatives to maintain quality standards
• Produce quality reports and maintain accurate inspection records
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce recurring issues and improve project delivery

What You'll Need

Essential:

• Experience in a QA/QC role within construction, structural steel, manufacturing or heavy engineering
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and ISO 9001 requirements
• Experience managing inspections, audits and non-conformance processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and quality documentation
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Experience within structural steel or large-scale construction environments
• Knowledge of W1/W2 documentation and Inspection & Test Plans
• Familiarity with regulatory and client compliance requirements across Ireland
