💰 $140,000-$180,000 base + project bonus, vehicle allowance and per diem

Take ownership of cost, contracts and schedules on major structural steel erection projects. You'll work closely with the superintendent to connect field progress with billing, cost forecasts and schedule updates. Your decisions will help the team spot problems early and keep projects on budget and on schedule.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Administer erection contracts, manage billing and track change orders.
• Maintain project schedules and review progress with the superintendent.
• Track costs, forecast remaining spend and report on financial performance.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with general contractors and site teams.
• Resolve issues affecting the schedule, budget or delivery of the steel package.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Senior project management experience delivering standalone structural steel erection contracts.
• Experience with large erection packages
• Commercial responsibility for erection contracts in the $40 million-$50 million range.
• Examples of developing team members and resolving technical issues independently.
• Ability to live near project sites during assignments that typically last around 1 year.
