Lead complex structural steel projects and help develop the team delivering them.

I'm recruiting for an established, AISC-certified structural steel fabricator working across hospitals, office buildings, schools, retail and industrial projects.

The Role

* Oversee multiple steel fabrication and erection projects from contract award through completion

* Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and contract requirements

* Coordinate detailing, fabrication and erection teams

* Review change orders, subcontractor agreements and progress billings

* Lead and mentor PMs, Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators

* Manage client relationships and resolve project issues

What We're Looking For

* 10+ years of construction or engineering experience

* Structural steel experience is essential

* Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams

* A bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management

* Confidence reading drawings, specifications and contracts

* Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software experience

* Tekla and Bluebeam experience preferred

The Package

✅ $135,000-$175,000 base salary
