🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Lead project planning, scheduling, and logistics for large-scale industrial and heavy commercial projects
* Manage budgets, cost control, and project buyouts
* Supervise self-perform trades and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance
* Maintain project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change requests, and closeout packages
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* 10-20 years experience in heavy commercial or industrial construction
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and project delivery
* Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
* Proficient with project management software (Sage 300, ProCore, Prolog, Contract Manager preferred)
