🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on structural steel fabrication equipment and industrial control systems.
  • Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, and automation equipment.
  • Fabricate and repair structural components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
  • Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures to minimize downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and structural blueprints.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement system upgrades and modifications.
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance in all maintenance activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Must-Have: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with a strong focus on PLCs/controls and structural steel fabrication equipment.
  • Expertise in programming and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs and HMIs.
  • Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, with the ability to read technical blueprints.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications in welding (AWS), electrical systems, or controls are a significant plus.
