We're looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established structural steel contractor. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial steel projects, leading tenders and ensuring accurate, competitive pricing for fabrication and erection.
What you'll do:
- Prepare accurate tenders and cost plans for structural steel projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Liaise with design, fabrication, and site teams to develop robust bids
- Assess risk, value engineering options, and commercial strategy
- Support junior estimators and maintain clear documentation
You'll need:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in structural steel
- Strong understanding of fabrication, erection, and commercial aspects
- Experience managing multiple tenders and complex projects
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
