🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full estimating process from take-off to final bid submission
* Prepare estimates for structural steel and bridge erection packages
* Collaborate with leadership on bid strategy and value engineering initiatives
* Review subcontractor quotations and evaluate suitable project partners
* Provide guidance and support to junior estimators
