🔧 What You'll Do
- Leading all aspects of structural and bridge steel estimating, from take-off to submission
- Pricing complex self-perform bridge erection scopes and steel packages
- Collaborating with senior leadership on bid strategy, subcontractor selection, and value engineering
- Mentoring junior estimators and developing estimating procedures and standards
- Supporting preconstruction and business development efforts with accurate, timely estimates
