🔧 What You'll Do
- Prepare detailed take‑offs & bids: Capture materials, connections and time with fabricator‑level precision.
- Review drawings & clarify scope: Read plans, specs and owner requirements, then compile clear bid packages.
- Evaluate subcontractors: Analyse bids, assist with buy‑out decisions and maintain positive relationships.
- Coordinate & schedule: Attend construction meetings, support production planning and provide value‑engineering ideas.
- Handle change orders: Price revisions and change orders, including written narratives and overlays.
