Contributing technical input to tender submissions and supporting the development of project proposals.
Coordinating with wider project teams to ensure designs align with programme, budget and construction requirements.
Maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and quality in accordance with established procedures.
Providing progress updates to clients and senior management, raising potential issues and helping resolve technical challenges.
Keeping your technical knowledge up to date through continued professional development and engagement with industry best practice.
Supporting the wider engineering team and contributing to continuous improvement across design activities.

Experience in structural steel connection design would be advantageous.
The ability to interpret technical drawings, construction specifications and client requirements.
A practical understanding of buildability, structural integrity, cost-effectiveness and project delivery.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to work alongside clients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
A methodical approach to problem-solving, with a strong commitment to quality, safety and technical compliance.
The ability to manage priorities and contribute effectively to projects working within agreed deadlines and budgets.
