πŸ” Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive crane and rigging sales throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
  • Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and quoting to proposal delivery and operational handoff.
  • Generate and grow a book of business, aiming for $2M-$4M in annual revenue.
  • Create estimates using standard rate books and conduct client walkthroughs of proposals.
  • Partner with dispatch and operations for seamless project execution.
  • Leverage existing contacts and conduct immediate outreach to generate short-term wins.
  • Collaborate with fellow sales team members for territory alignment and shared opportunities.

βœ… Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of crane & rigging sales experience with a proven performance track record.
  • Strong understanding of crane, rigging, and mechanical project logistics.
  • No active non-compete restrictions.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, high-energy work ethic.
  • Experience with structural steel, precast, or mechanical contractors is a plus.
  • CRM or quoting software proficiency is a bonus.
