π Key Responsibilities:
- Drive crane and rigging sales throughout Orlando and Central Florida.
- Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting and quoting to proposal delivery and operational handoff.
- Generate and grow a book of business, aiming for $2M-$4M in annual revenue.
- Create estimates using standard rate books and conduct client walkthroughs of proposals.
- Partner with dispatch and operations for seamless project execution.
- Leverage existing contacts and conduct immediate outreach to generate short-term wins.
- Collaborate with fellow sales team members for territory alignment and shared opportunities.
β Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of crane & rigging sales experience with a proven performance track record.
- Strong understanding of crane, rigging, and mechanical project logistics.
- No active non-compete restrictions.
- Self-starter with a proactive, high-energy work ethic.
- Experience with structural steel, precast, or mechanical contractors is a plus.
- CRM or quoting software proficiency is a bonus.
