The company is looking for a proactive business development professional who can open doors, build strong relationships, and generate new opportunities. The primary focus of the role is driving new business and establishing strategic partnerships.
🎯Responsibilities
- Generate new bid opportunities across commercial and industrial markets
- Build and maintain relationships with target general contractors and owner representatives
- Manage and grow a pipeline of active prospects
- Serve as the front-facing representative for complex industrial capabilities
- Coordinate with internal estimating and operations teams to advance opportunities
✅Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6-15 years of business development experience in commercial and/or industrial construction
- Existing relationships with GCs and owner representatives
- Steel experience is a plus,
- Demonstrated success opening new accounts and developing long-term client relationships
