Draft reports, RAG summaries, and maintain risk registers and issue logs.
Assist with organising meetings, workshops, and stakeholder briefings.
Respond to public and stakeholder enquiries, ensuring consistent and timely communication.

Strong project coordination or project support experience, ideally within a fast-paced or public sector environment.
Excellent analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally MS Project or other project tools.
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal - able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A flexible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach to learning and supporting a high-performing team.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
HNC/HND or equivalent practical experience in project support or administration.
Knowledge of project management processes and systems (e.g., Prince2, Agile - desirable but not essential).
Experience using mapping or data visualisation tools is a plus.
Familiarity with public sector projects or working with telecoms/data infrastructure would be advantageous.
