The steel and modular buildings leaving this business don't just sit in a factory waiting for someone else to work out what happens next.
They become industrial buildings, agricultural projects, sports facilities and volumetric structures across Ireland, the UK and Europe - and someone needs to make sure everything between the signed order and the final handover happens when it should.
That's where you come in.
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from award through to completion, bringing design, fabrication, logistics and site teams together so the right steel and modules arrive at the right place, in the right sequence, with the right paperwork behind them.
You'll be working on projects where a late drawing, missed variation or poorly planned delivery doesn't just create an awkward phone call - it can hold up a factory, a site crew and an entire programme.
Your job is to see those problems coming.
What you'll be doing
You'll have ownership of your projects rather than simply being responsible for updating a programme.
That means getting scope and drawings locked down before fabrication starts, working closely with engineers and detailers, keeping production moving and making sure site teams have what they need before the steel or modules arrive.
You'll keep a close eye on cost, programme and risk, dealing with changes before they become disputes and keeping clients informed when decisions need to be made.
You'll also work with subcontractors, suppliers and logistics teams, making sure everyone understands what is required and when.
And when the project is finished, you'll make sure it actually gets finished - variations agreed, costs reconciled, handover documentation complete and the lessons from the job passed back into the next estimate.
The projects
This isn't a role where you'll spend your time managing the same type of building over and over again.
You'll see structural steel, cladding and modular/offsite construction across industrial, agricultural, sports and volumetric projects, with work extending across Ireland, the UK and Europe.
Some projects will be won and delivered quickly. Others will have more moving parts, multiple trades and plenty of opportunity for something to go wrong.
That's what makes the role important.
You'll be the person joining the dots between what was sold, what was designed, what is being fabricated and what eventually arrives on site.
What you'll bring
You'll already understand what it takes to deliver a construction project rather than simply administer one.
Ideally, you'll have experience managing structural steel, cladding, modular or offsite projects from award through to erection and handover.
You'll be comfortable reading fabrication drawings, understanding programmes and cost reports, challenging information that doesn't look right and having conversations with clients when scope or programme changes.
Experience managing variations, subcontractors and logistics is important, as is an understanding of CE marking, quality records and project handover documentation.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who can walk into a problem early, understand what is causing it and get the right people around the table before it becomes a much bigger one.
