From the moment a project is awarded, you'll work closely with detailing, fabrication, field operations, suppliers, and clients to make sure every stage runs smoothly. You'll have visibility across the entire project lifecycle, helping turn drawings and schedules into successful, completed projects.
You'll be joining a growing steel contractor that has built a strong reputation across New England through investment in its people, technology, and operations. With in-house detailing, fabrication, trucking, cranes, and erection teams, you'll be part of a business that controls its projects from start to finish and continues to invest heavily in future growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage multiple structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from award through completion
* Coordinate with detailing, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients
* Monitor schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and project performance
* Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project communications
* Proactively resolve issues and keep projects on track
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of project management experience within structural steel or miscellaneous metals
* Strong understanding of fabrication and construction project workflows
* Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, and schedules
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Positive, solution-focused approach
