🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
* Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control
* Lead subcontractor coordination and client communication
* Work closely with Superintendents to drive field execution
* Run OAC meetings and maintain project reporting standards
✅ Candidate Requirements
* 5+ years of commercial, industrial, healthcare or multifamily construction experience with a GC
* Experience managing projects valued at $10M+
* Strong scheduling, forecasting, and cost control knowledge
* Full lifecycle project management experience
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
