🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer delivery schedules and maintain consistent communication
* Coordinate shipments with vendors, freight carriers, and internal teams
* Review drawings and project documents to confirm delivery requirements
* Track project progress, update internal systems, and maintain accurate records
* Resolve delivery issues, RFIs, and changes impacting timelines or cost
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 2-5+ years of project coordination or construction project management experience
* Able to read structural or architectural drawings (Bluebeam experience preferred)
* Knowledge of joists, decking, and structural steel standards
* Strong organisation skills with attention to detail
* Confident communicator with customers, vendors, and logistics teams
