With major new contracts secured and a significant facility expansion on the horizon, we are looking to strengthen our project management team with talented professionals ready to take on high-impact roles.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Manage structural steel projects from kick-off through fabrication and installation
- Coordinate with internal shop teams, subcontract detailers, and field installation crews
- Review drawings, process RFIs, and ensure project readiness
- Track schedules, communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Conduct occasional site visits (typically monthly)
- Maintain project documentation, status updates, and workflow alignment
- Support junior team members and contribute to a strong, collaborative culture
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of structural steel project management (or Project Coordinator → PM progression)
- Confident handling large-scale RFIs, drawings, fabrication workflows, and install sequencing
- Strong communicator who enjoys cross-department collaboration
- Comfortable in an office-based role with limited travel
- Proactive, team-first mindset - thrives in a growing, youthful environment.
