Key Responsibilities
🗂️ Manage all phases of project delivery, from contract award through closeout
📞 Communicate directly with clients, engineers, and vendors to manage expectations
📋 Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and change orders
🔧 Coordinate drawings, procurement, shop production, and quality control activities
🧾 Review and manage submittals, RFIs, and documentation for compliance
🏭 Conduct job site visits or client inspections as needed
📊 Report project status, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership
What You Bring
🏗️ 3+ years of project management experience in structural steel, industrial fabrication, or heavy equipment manufacturing
🧠 Knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding, machining, and hydraulics a plus
🖥️ Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and industry-specific software (Tekla, AutoCAD, or ERP systems preferred)
📚 Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
💬 Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
📍 Must be able to manage multiple complex projects and keep calm under pressure
