💡 About the Role
This position leads production operations within a busy structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication facility, overseeing shop performance, supervising key personnel, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to AISC quality standards. You'll act as the bridge between leadership and the shop floor while helping drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and technology.
🔧 What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day plant operations across fabrication activities and workflow planning
- Coordinate closely with all shop personnel to maintain production schedules and priorities
- Ensure compliance with AISC, OSHA, and AWS safety and quality standards
- Use Tekla Powerfab to support production tracking and operational efficiency
- Partner with senior leadership to improve processes, control costs, and support continued growth
