What You'll Be Doing
* Lead day-to-day plant operations across production teams
* Support and develop supervisors across multiple shifts
* Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
* Monitor productivity, quality, labour, materials, and equipment performance
* Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Work closely with internal teams to keep production aligned with business needs
* Mentor and develop employees to support long-term growth and succession planning
What We're Looking For
* 6-8+ years of plant, production, or manufacturing leadership experience
* Background in heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial production
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
* Engineering, industrial, or related technical qualification preferred
* Experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environment
* Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
