The role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team. Day to Day
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager
- Assist with social media content, graphics, and marketing campaigns
- Maintain marketing materials, databases, and CRM reports
- Support website updates and internal communications
- Help coordinate events, trade shows, and webinars
- Assist with customer requests and marketing documentation
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of marketing or related experience (internships accepted)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Positive attitude with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
