The Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the reliability and functionality of all manufacturing equipment, tools, and facility systems. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be critical in minimizing downtime and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment, tools, and facility systems (hydraulic, diesel/gas engines, electrical, air compressors).
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to improve efficiency and equipment lifespan.
- Perform welding/fabrication for equipment repairs and modifications.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate logs.
- Respond to emergency repairs, including after-hours/weekend calls.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and uphold a safe, clean work environment.
- Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial machinery.
- Support process improvements to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in: Hydraulics, diesel/gas engines, electrical/PLC systems, welding (MIG/TIG/Stick), plumbing, and mechanical repairs.
