Job Title: Labourer
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
Hours: Full-time / Contract
The Role:
Our client is looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the maintenance, development, and improvement of council facilities and public spaces. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your work will directly contribute to making Nottingham a better place for everyone.
- Assist with general manual labour tasks across various council projects
- Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support tradespeople and supervisors on site
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and safe
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
The Candidate:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a labourer or similar manual role is desirable but not essential
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
