Job Title: Junior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Middlesbrough
Salary / Pay Rate: £23,000 - £35,000
Job Type: Permanent
The Role
- Prepare and or review, Tender Documents, Contracts and Sub-Contracts, Appointment and Sub-Appointment documents, Bills of Quantities
- Price and forecast the project costs and report periodically in writing, on the financial status of the individual projects
- Track changes to the design and or construction work and recoup income from the client along with managing (adjusting) the project costs and sub-contractors

- Subcontract structural steel frame installation specialists
- Providing services across the UK include designing, engineering, manufacturing and erecting structures
The Candidate
- A minimum of 2 years as a quantity surveyor
- Structural steelwork experience
