Job Title: Part-Time HR Assistant
Location: Midland, TX
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Day to day
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks and daily operations
- Assist with recruitment activities including CV screening and interview scheduling
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare employment documents, contracts, and onboarding materials
- Respond to employee queries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in organising interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
- Support general HR compliance and documentation processes
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
