We currently seeking a Housing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have will have experience of the Homelessness Reduction Act casework, including initial assessments, PHPs, prevention/relief casework and main duty assessments.

You will focus on new relief duty cases in emergency housing and existing accepted cases in emergency / temporary housing. You must be able to achieve HRA outcomes and assist households to move into the private rented sector. You should also have knowledge of welfare and housing policy and law as well as safeguarding.
