π° Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 (depending on experience)
πͺ Experience: 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping / accounting with HR support
About the Role
Work closely with ownership to manage all day-to-day accounting functions, from AP/AR and general ledger to month-end close and internal reporting. Support HR processes including payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration, while maintaining accurate financial and employee records.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-charge bookkeeper or similar accounting role
- Strong ERP/accounting system knowledge (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- HR experience including payroll, onboarding, and employee record management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Preferred: manufacturing or construction environment, job costing, work-in-process tracking
