- Supervise fabrication teams to meet production and quality targets.
- Assign work, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues.

- Maintain records and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Train and support staff to improve skills and performance.
Requirements
- Experience in fabrication supervision or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and record keeping.
