Job Title: Scheduler (Fabrication)
Location: Midland - Odessa, TX
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Benefits Package
The Role:
Join a respected fabrication and manufacturing contractor delivering large scale modular builds and industrial equipment for energy and critical infrastructure clients. The business operates a busy shop environment with a strong focus on quality, safety, and meeting demanding project deadlines.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain a 12 week rolling fabrication schedule
* Sequence and authorize work order release into production
* Balance shop loading across fabrication bays and production lines
* Track milestones from fit up through testing, paint, and shipment
* Identify schedule risks and drive recovery plans to protect ship dates
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Experience scheduling fabrication in Oil and Gas or modular manufacturing
* Strong understanding of shop flow, capacity planning, and WIP control
* Skilled in tracking milestones and reporting progress accurately
* Confident working cross functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain
* Strong organisation and communication skills
