🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise fabrication personnel including welders, fitters, and laborers
* Coordinate daily production schedules to meet operational goals
* Ensure work meets engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards
* Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment, coordinating maintenance as needed
* Enforce safety policies and OSHA standards while fostering a safety-conscious culture
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years of experience in fabrication, welding, or metalworking
* 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role preferred
* Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and blueprint reading
* Experience with fabrication equipment such as welders, presses, shears, and CNC machinery
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
