🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare estimates across bridge, structural, and miscellaneous steel
* Manage bids from enquiry through to submission
* Liaise with project managers, shop teams, and leadership
* Improve bid turnaround times and output volume
* Support and guide junior estimators where needed
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years estimating within AISC steel fabrication
* Experience with structural steel and/or bridge work
* Exposure to miscellaneous metals packages
* Able to manage multiple bids independently
* Familiar with estimating software such as Tekla PowerFab
