You'll be joining a fast-growing steel fabrication group combining heavy steel processing, industrial sandblasting, and finishing services. They support industries ranging from manufacturers to power utilities, mechanical contractors, and government agencies. As the document states:

📐 The Role

You'll turn complex requirements into clear, accurate engineering drawings that keep multimillion‑dollar projects moving.

You will:

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design requirements.
  • Create detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with design standards and building codes.
  • Support project proposals, cost estimates, and material specifications.
  • Review drawings to identify and resolve design issues.
  • Coordinate design changes and approvals with project teams.

👤 The Candidate

You're someone who thrives on detail, communicates clearly, and enjoys working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Must-haves:

  • Associate's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Engineer Designer/Detailer.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of AISC standards or industry codes.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Additional detailing experience
  • Broader CAD software exposure
  • 3-5 years of experience
