Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
The Role:
We are looking for Carpenter Multis to support their Planned Works team. You'll be carrying out a variety of carpentry and minor multi-trade tasks across social housing properties, ensuring repairs and planned maintenance works are completed to a high standard.
- Carry out planned carpentry works within occupied and void properties
- Undertake minor multi-trade tasks where required (basic plumbing, patch repairs, etc.)
- Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Maintain accurate job records and follow company processes
- Work independently and as part of a wider planned works team
The Candidate:
- Must live in the Bristol area
- Clean driving licence
- Basic DBS required (or willingness to complete one)
- Own tools required
- Hi-Viz jacket and safety boots (uniform & PPE provided)
- Able to provide CV and attend interview as part of the selection process
