You'll be the person opening doors, developing new opportunities, and helping turn conversations into projects. Working closely with estimating and operations teams, you'll identify potential work, build relationships with decision-makers, and help guide opportunities from initial contact through to bid stage.

What You'll Be Doing
* Generate new bid opportunities within the industrial market
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support revenue growth
* Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
* Represent the company's industrial capabilities to prospective clients
* Work closely with estimating and operations teams to advance opportunities
What We're Looking For
* 5-10 years of experience in structural steel erection
* Proven success developing new business and achieving sales targets
* Strong understanding of project specifications, contracts, and risk evaluation
* Experience using CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting tools
