139" data-end="378">We're seeking an experienced Test & Repair Technician with a strong technical background in electrical and mechanical systems. This is a varied role combining customer support, technical maintenance, repairs, and production work.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical and product support to UK and international customers via phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve customer enquiries efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction
Carry out maintenance, repairs, wiring, assembly, and testing of equipment
Support production, including preparing components, sub-assemblies, and harnesses
Conduct pressure and electrical testing to maintain high quality standards
Assist in developing new products and updating technical manuals/processes
Monitor stock levels and maintain a safe, organised working environment

What We're Looking For

Knowledge of single and three-phase electrical installations
Strong problem-solving and technical fault-finding skills
Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and maintain a professional approach with clients
Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of quality
French language skills would be an advantage but not essential
