📍 Location: Altrincham (Office-based Monday-Thursday, Work from Home Friday)
🕐 Hours: Monday to Thursday, 12pm - 8pm (to align with US hours)
💰 Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission

What You'll Be Doing:

Building relationships with clients and candidates over the phone (most of your day will involve calls).
Sourcing and matching candidates to exciting job opportunities across the US.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish - from the first call to the job offer.
Working towards clear targets and earning great commission for your success.

What We're Looking For:

Confident communicator - you'll be speaking with people all day, so you need to be comfortable on the phone.
Driven and resilient - recruitment can be fast-paced, but also very rewarding.
Organised and proactive - able to manage your time and tasks effectively.
No previous recruitment experience required - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn!
