Technical Facilities Manager
- Line manage a team of upto 4 people.
- Support the transition ensuring smooth running of services and further development of current mobilization status.
- Gain clarity on backlog maintenance, compliance challenges and work collaboratively with the team to build improvement.
- Respond, review, monitor and support action Risk assessments, building surveys and make recommendations.
- Support the set up, ongoing service and carry out reviews, data analysis and costs validation.
- Implement a robust performance management framework that delivers continuous assessment of the contract and ensure performance.
- Work closely with the Health and Safety officers.
- Design and set up audit process to check and verify contract and compliance delivery.
